The factory covers an area of 6000 square meters. It has an electronic workshop, a speaker workshop, a hardware processing workshop and a painting workshop. Remarkable achievements in the research and development of high-end scientific and technological products, such as: 1U switching power amplifier; PFC power factor positive power amplifier; DSP digital speaker controller has passed ISO9001, ISO14000 and other international standardized management system certification and 3C certification of professional audio products, so as to provide standardized and high-quality environment and services for our partners. The company will, as always, adhere to the tenet of "customer first, reputation first" and provide customers with the best quality and efficient products and services in equipment matching, system scheme design, technical support, after-sales service, etc. The electronic workshop has 5 automatic mounters, 2 full-automatic wave soldering machines, 2 16 zone reflow welding machines, a 70 meter assembly and testing production line, and sophisticated hardware facilities such as various detection instruments, which fully ensure the excellent quality of products. The reasonable and orderly production process arrangement makes the product quality more guaranteed. The production of products needs to go through 22 processes in total, including 8 processes involving quality assurance such as detection and testing. It is precisely because of such perfect process control and quality assurance process, coupled with high-quality design, that professional products with stable quality and first-class performance can be produced. The speaker workshop has three CNC machining centers, several woodworking equipment, automatic spraying production lines, and two assembly and inspection production lines. The hardware processing workshop has 2 AMADA CNC punches, 4 CNC milling machines, 2 CNC feeding machines, CNC bending machines, and dozens of mechanical punches.
